Scope and privacy contact
This policy covers enquiries and communications sent to Beeblos through the contact channels on this website. The channel for data protection matters and rights requests is rgpd@beeblos.com.
Information that an organisation manages within an installation of the Beeblos products is governed by the responsibilities and processing agreements that apply to that installation.
Information you provide
An enquiry may include your name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of the message. Provide only the data needed to handle it. Identity documents, passwords or sensitive information are not required to request commercial information.
How the form works
The form prepares a message on your device and opens your email application. The message is sent when you confirm it in that application; completing the form does not by itself transmit the data to Beeblos. You may also write directly to the address indicated.
Sending the message involves your email service and the recipient's. Browsing to external sites is governed by the policies of those sites.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to answer your enquiry and manage the relationship you have requested. When preparing a contract at your request, the basis is the application of pre-contractual measures. For professional enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, the legitimate interest in handling that communication may apply, subject to an assessment of the rights affected.
Legal obligations will be handled under the basis that applies to them. If processing requires consent, it will be requested specifically. A sales enquiry does not imply subscribing to advertising.
Retention
Correspondence will be kept for as long as needed to handle the request and follow up on it. If a contractual relationship is formalised, the periods corresponding to that relationship and to enforceable legal obligations will apply. Information that must be kept to address liabilities will have access limited to that purpose.
Access to data and providers
Access must be limited to the people handling the communication and to the providers needed to deliver email or support services, under the applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations. Data may also be disclosed where there is a legal obligation.
The location and safeguards applicable to the providers involved must be identified in the service configuration. Any international transfers required must have the mechanism and safeguards demanded by applicable law.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in the cases provided for by law. If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Write to rgpd@beeblos.com, stating your request and a way to reply. If there are reasonable doubts about your identity, only the information needed to verify it will be requested. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Cookies and updates
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or persistent storage of the form. The services used to host or distribute the website require their own assessment.
